Wine & Wildlife Member Raffle Competition

This Wine & Wildlife Member Raffle Competition (“Competition”) is offered subject to the terms and conditions set out below "Terms and Conditions".

The promoter of this Competition is the Zoological Parks and Gardens Board trading as Zoos Victoria (the “Promoter”) ABN 96 913 959 053, located at the address of Elliott Avenue, Parkville VIC 3052.

Who can enter?

Entry is available to active Zoos Victoria Members (“Members”) aged 18 or over who purchase a ticket to Healesville Sanctuary’s Wine & Wildlife in 2026. Zoos Victoria reserves the right to require an entrant to produce identification and / or proof of age.

Employees, officers (including volunteers and board members) and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible. "Immediate family" of a person means the parents, siblings, children, and spouse or partner (whether legal or de facto) of that person and any person associated with the Competition.

How to Enter

1.      Entry to the competition is only open to active Members aged 18 or over at the time of Wine & Wildlife 2026. 

2.      Members must purchase an event ticket to Wine & Wildlife, held at Healesville Sanctuary on 29^th and 30^th August 2026.   

3.      The competition opens at 9am on 16^th June 2026 and closes at 3pm on 30^th August. All current Zoos Victoria members purchasing a Wine & Wildlife ticket during this period will be automatically entered into the draw.

4.      The competition is a game of chance. Winners will be selected randomly.

5.      The winners will be drawn on Tuesday 1^st September 2026 and will be cross-checked and verified against the membership database to ensure eligibility.

6.       The winning entrants will be contacted by phone and/or email within 3 business days of the draw, with details provided. Non-winning entrants will not be notified.

The Prizes

Raffle prizes are a selection of items from Zoos Victoria and Wine & Wildlife vendors.

First prize is two (2) Zoos Victoria adult membership extensions, with free child memberships for all children under the age of 16 from the same household. Valued at $298.

All subsequent prizes have been generously donated by vendors present at Wine & Wildlife, as per below table. Prizes may be bundled together in packages at the discretion of the promoter. A minimum of ten (10) prize packs in addition to the first prize will be awarded.

Terms and Conditions

1.              The total retail prize value is over $1,800 (AUD), including GST *Correct at time of printing

2.              No component of any prizes can be redeemed for cash. In the event that the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar experience to the same or greater value as the original prize, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation.

3.              All other costs associated with prizes, including but not limited to additional guests, entry and travel costs and additional spending money, are the responsibility of the winner and their guests.

4.              Zoos Victoria memberships are not-transferrable, and full names and date of birth are required to issue the membership extension prize. Upon confirmation of details and acceptance of prize, memberships will be issued as a 12-month extension of current membership ticket, commencing after the completion of current membership term, including any monthly instalment contract in place.

5.              Prize Winners and guests must comply with all membership terms and conditions.

6.              Prize Winners and guests must comply with all standard terms and conditions of entry.

7.              Prizes donated by vendors will be available for collection from either Healesville Sanctuary or arranged directly with the vendor. Prizes are unable to be posted, and must be collected by 4^th October, 2026. Photo ID with DOB is required for collection.

8.              The Promoter will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage caused, or suffered by the winner in relation to any person entering into the Competition or accepting or using any prize.

9.              Notification and claiming the Prize. Following the Prize draw, the winners will be notified using the contact details provided by the member in the membership database.  The winning Entrants have one (1) week from the time and date of the notification being sent to respond, provide proof of eligibility, and claim the Prize. If the Prize is not claimed by the winning Entrant within this time frame, the Prize will be redrawn, and any previous winners will forgo all claims to the Prize.

10.          The Promoter reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice and at any stage during the promotion.

11.          If there is any event that prevents or hinders the Promoter’s conduct of the Competition or the Promoter’s ability to deliver the prize/s to the prize winner/s of the Competition, the Promoter may, in its discretion, cancel the Competition and recommence it at another time under the same conditions or select another winner.

12.          You acknowledge that the Promoter is under no obligation to exercise any of the rights granted to it by these Terms and Conditions and any communication of your entry to the public by the Promoter is at the complete discretion of the Promoter.

13.          You agree that the Promoter may use your entry, any personal details and photographic material related to the prize provided to the Promoter for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes of the Promoter in any media without notice and without any fee being paid to you.

14.          The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Competition, or for any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this Competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

15.          Decisions of the Promoter are final and will be binding on each person who enters the Competition, and no correspondence will be entered into.
